What are the cause of Over-Exposure in screen printing and what are the ways to handle this problem.

Overexposure is caused mostly by operator error. If you have done a stepwedge test and know your exposure time it shouldn't be a problem. Occasionally overexposure can be from the emulsion getting close to expiration in which case your exposure time will decrease.

It's the screen equivalent of sunburn - too much uv.
As the light hits the screen it gets scattered and some penetrates under the mask so your holes are narrowed, your emulsion becomes more brittle and can break down.
As has been said, it isn't a difficult problem for anyone who can read a clock and does their homework.
