plotter/vinyl cutter speed

how do i change the speed of my plotter? im using it to cut vinyl and the knife moves way too fast. how do i make the speed slower?

Its an old HP 7475A plotter. I still have the instruction manual but no help.d fleming wrote:More info would help. Make of plotter, etc. Most plotters can be adjusted from panel menu. Try downloading a pdf manual from manufacturer to learn how to use all functions of your machine.
