Pint glass rotation

So i have been trying to print on pint glasses lately. I am running into ghosting on the bottom half of the pint print. The only thing i can seem to come up with is that the lower diameter bottom of the glasses is spinning at a faster rate then the top and as such is causing the ghosting to happen.

My question is, how do you make it stop? I have tried different angels and fixtures to hold the bottle but cant seem to get it to work. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated!

there are so many parameters that causes ghost image...
your squeegee, and its arm or whatever the connection to the main frame, must be rock solid...
no bending, nor movement, when printing!
u need almost perfect angle and position combination...
no more than 20 degree with sharp edge...
depends on angle u place ur squeegee!
if its 90 degree, then u place towards front on the bottle (front in facing u)
if have some angle, then u need to hit the top of the bottle...
its pretty annoying until u set it up correctly, once set, it works!
i print on tiny bottles with 5.1pt text without problem with 50 micron thick stencil...

one more thing... not every emulsion and film works with printing on bottle...
ie : ulano EZ50 u need to stay away for printing on glass bottle! it gives u uneven print!
