How to get a 1.3mm deposit by screen printing please

Postby Elly » Wed Aug 06, 2014 7:15 pm

Hello everyone

Firstly I am a complete newbie at anything to do with screen printing so please forgive my ignorance.

I am looking for advice please on how to screen print so that there is a 1.3mm deposit of the "ink" onto the substrate.

I need to be able to do this using a photographic? screen not a "hand cut" stencil.

The ink is water based and the viscosity can be changed fairly easily with the addition of water.

I would very much appreciate any advice you can give me please.

thank you

Elly
