Printing on Powder Coated Aluminum

Post by seraphorist »

hello, i was wondering if anyone knew of any heat set inks that adhere to a powder coated surface. right now i am using nazdar's 9800 series superset. just curious if anyone else knew of any others out there for me to try out. or even a suitable ink that didn't require a catalyst that severally limits the ink's shelf life.

thanks.

Sericol used to sell a thermoset ink that competed against Nazdar. I believe this cured at a lower temp than the Nazdar and may give you some versatility if too much heat is causing your powder-coat to react negatively.
