What equipment is best for screen printing or offset printing on napkins?

Just standard screen printing equipment. You want a fairly fine mesh though to limit the amount of ink being transferred onto the napkin. 230 mesh screen should do it. Also, make sure your off contact isn't too high. Might also want to consider a squeegee with a harder blade to again help limit the amount of ink being pushed onto the napkin.
