Printing on plastic and vinyl cases

Post by defchef »

Hi!
I just got a job in where I need to print a logo on 50 road cases for an audio company. The cases are plastic Pelicans and wood with a vinyl adhesive coating. We usually do textiles and mostly water-based, so I'm clueless as to what kind of ink I should use. I get the impression that I want to use something from Nazdar from what I've read, but I wanted to throw it out there to see what you guys think before I call up the manufacturer so I have some idea of what I'm talking about. I would really appreciate any suggestions or anecdotal experiences the forum has to offer. Thanks so much for your help!

If the cover is vinyl a multi purpose can do the job. The guys at Nazdar are excellent, I would go with their advice every time. They have a substrate compatability chart on their site as well. I have it printed on banner and hangin on the wall at the shop.

Thanks so much. I was guessing that the 9700 was a good bet. I will give them a call. Thanks again.
