Nazdar 2700 series

I'm printing on wood(skateboards to be exact). I have used Nazdar 2700 in the past and it looks good plus its water based. I need more ink but the Sourceone store only sells gallons for $100+. I'm looking for quarts of the 2700 and perhaps a gel retarder as this ink dries super fast in the screen.

Perhaps you know where I can find quarts of the 2700 ink or a similar water based glossy ink.

Thanks in advance.

Gald to hear you've had good results
Sorry to hear about the supply problem.

http://www.nazdar.com only lists 2700 series in gallons.
Being an industrial ink and not a craft ink
it makes sense for it to be put up in gallons.

thanks for the quick reply. Where I first came upon the ink it was available in quarts, but since they did some remodeling of the site its not available.

I contacted a local distributor and they said they can order quarts but they have a $150 minimum. I just need a quart or two so i can practice my craft a little more.

Any suggestions for a similar ink? Something glossy that can stick to the clear coat of a skateboard. I know some people use the 9700 series. Has anyone used that? Pros/Cons?

another ink you can use is a 430 series water based ink from a company called deco technology group inc.
I have used it for printing on skateboards.
or use the nazdar 7200. its not water based but it prints really nice and has a sweet gloss finish.
are you printing tip to tail?
screen printed boards slide better than transfers no doubt.

http://www.sourceoneonline.com sells them in "kilos" for about $40 depending on the color. I buy white and black by the gallon and base color by the kilo and mix any other colors as needed.

and yes, nothing slides like a screen printed board!
