Do's & Don'ts

Post by jrose83 »

Our sales reps are constantly using the excuse "I didn't know that", or "I forgot", when it comes to problems that they keep repeating over & over again. We are now putting together a large sticker to apply to our countertops that they order from that shows the Do's & Don'ts of screenprinting/embroidery. Some of the common offenses include: small outlines around crest size embroidery, fine lines/small text in embroidery, etc. What are your thoughts? Do you have problems that you run into a lot? or do you have a checklist of sorts that you, or your sales people, use to avoid these mishaps?
Thanks!

DOs: Listen to the guy behind the counter

DONTs: Dont let the customer dictate the price.

We are all hungry but only the strong get to eat. Now your limits and make sure everyone else knows them to!
.... I can give you my opinion but I can't tell you if it's right or not.
