Our salespeople are constantly trying to aquire new sales by sending out flyers, samples, letters, etc. How do you keep track of what you sent to who, and how well it panned out?

your sales person should be keeping score.

And then you should be keeping track of the sales person.

Put coupon codes on your flyers so you can tell where they came from.

Sales Person flyer might have SP1234 as a code so when that flyer comes in you know who the sales person was
.... I can give you my opinion but I can't tell you if it's right or not.
