Post by cordogg52 »

Hi everyone, I'm new to screen printing and was wondering where the cheapest places to get shirts was. I was thinking about getting a tax idea number, any idea how much I'll save? Thanks for the help

Technically, the shirt companies should be selling the shirts with a 100% markup to people/companies without a resale certificate or license. So if you call a shirt distributor and ask what their price is, they would ask if you have a license, if no, they give you the retail price. If it was $2.50, then the wholesale price would be $1.25.

So it depends on your quantity, colors, sizes, etc, but generally that's how they are "supposed" to do it.
