2 different animals.

For posters you want an air dry, solvent based system.

For t-s you can use plastisol, which will have to be heat set
or a water based, some of which can be air dryed.

There are some textile inks that can be air dryed.

What air dry inks have you been using?

Do you have the proper modifiers?

Retarders, washup, etc.?

We print for hours with Nazdar 9700 series when it is modified correctly.

Have you looked into Matsui? Last I heard they have an ink for your needs.

Why does everyone love Nazdar? I've been using their waterbased RFU black, white, aquapaque white, etc, for months and I can't wait to be done with them. The Dick Blick half gallon is cheaper, thinner, and always turns out better. Nazdar's black has a horrible blue tint, and works exactly the same as every other waterbased ink I've used. Just wondering why they're backed so hard.
