Does anyone manufacture lithographic inks that hazardous because of flashpoint?

Given that these are paste inks and the "solvents" are petroleum and vegetable oils I wouldn't expect flash point to be a problem.

I don't know of any that are hazardous due to flash point or any other characteristic.

Now that I've asked the question about inks being hazardous due to flash points for lithographic inks, is there other printing inks (screen, flexo, gravure) where this would apply? Could the ink be hazardous due to content of a listed solvent? Even that doesn't seem likely, but if so, I would like to know. Most of the inks I've seen are very viscous and I can't image enough solvent content to exceed 140*F or greater than 10% by volume before use for listed solvent content.

Both Flexo and Gravure Solvent based Printing Inks are Hazardous due to Flash Point.

Low VOC content or water base & UV cured Flexographic inks are mostly classified as non-hazardous at least due to not exceeding Flash Point criteria.
