Tux like screen print

I want to print a shirt that looks like a Cub Scout Uniform (sort of like the old Tuxedo shirts). Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

There was a co. in Michigan (Athletic supporter, Inc.) that had a lot of pre-prints (sailor, NASA astronaut, police, marine, fireman, etc), check that source out. If not, it is up to an art dept to photo a real scout shirt, and just re-create a line drawing (with all the badges and patches).
