Bandanas

Post by f_bomb »

I'm gonna print some bandanas using plastisol ink? Just wondering how safe (allergenic) it is since it will come in contact with skin when folded? Any tips on printing them?

Keep the mesh count high for the printing (230), preprint a sample for the customer and show the sample. Everyone must realize that you are printing on a VERY thin pc. of fabric, AND the plastisol is not to allergenic (except if onw wants to eat it). Bandanas can multi color printed, but wet on wet. It is too hard to try and spot dry each color. Moderate tack the platten so as not to allow the bandana to pick up the tack.
