QC Checkpoints & Procedures - need help

Hi All - we're still new to the decorating game - about 2 years in. Things are going well, but we do not have a written quality checkpoint and procedure document. Do any of you have something like this in place? If so, would you be willing to share?

Specifically looking for forms and documents that help facilitate receiving, job pulling, quality control, and shipping.
