All Over Printing

Post by Logo27 »

Dear anyone... I am in need of a printer that offers "all over" printing.
Please contact if you know of any shops in the US that can do this.
Thank you.

Logo27,

Well there are no screenprinters that do this, because it is of course impossible. But this is how you would go about doing this. First you need to get the fabric printed. Textile Printers Clearwater of canada offers this. http://www.fabuloussavings.com/clearwat ... nprinting/ after you get your fabric printed, you would have to have your garments made in a mill. In say... china. It's a time consuming process, if your client is looking for something like this, I would recommend saying you don't offer the service.

Good Luck,

Scott

You can get pretty close to an all over with a belt printer.

Try and find a contract printer with one.
I know they are rare but they are out there.

Contact M&R. They make one called The Predator.

They will be happy to refer a printer.

Screen printers do all over printing all the time down here in Southern California. Contact me and I will put you in contact with a few in my area. Usually with these bigger image areas they are using a belt and waterbase inks. However its all up to the clients needs as they offer both plasticol, waterbase, and discharge.

We are shipping a press for a client with an image area thats 30" wide and 76" long. He is printing direct on uncut fabric, I think what you are looking for however is just a person that can place an image from collar all the way down which can be done with screenprinting.

This can be accomplished by any printer with a belt printer. Call M&R equipment and ask for the one near you and start your search now.
