Hi All, need some help please we want to start to print flags, and have lots of questions :)

spot colour work, direct on to the material
Material white 115g Knitted Polyester flag fabric
size 3 ft x 5ft
image must show through the other side (reverse)

1 should we use the material with or with out a liner (liner costs 400% more) if with out the liner wont the ink print on the printing bed ?

2 what kind of ink, it must be light fast, will it need fixing i.e. heat/steam/oven

3 screen mech size

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Gary
