"cool dry"synthetic shirts

Post by johndoh »

Hi. A question this time. As a mostly water based printer we are now coming into the australian summer and a busy time. My employers insist on selling everybody the synthetic cool dry shirts and quite often with multi colour prints done with water based supercover in a shed which goes over 40 degrees c...over 100 degrees f most summer days, so you can imagine the fun. I would love to be able to print plastisol on the dark shirts but find the plastisol, due to dye migration just dies through the dryer. Obviously most people use plastisol so must deal with these high tech garments. How can i use plastisol on these successfully. Is the secret in the base white? Can anyone help?.....Cheers Paul.
