Help with 150 Denier Polyester screen printing

Post by avi0707 »

I been searching all over the web on how to screen print on 150 Denier Polyester material (this is my Walamart First-Up Gazebo) in white or black text and have had zero results. Im excited I found this site and hope you can help me.

I do not want to print the whole Gazebo top. I just want to screen print the four sides or Valence. Im not sure if it exist but I will need maybe a mesh of 9" height x 115 length inches, so i can be free to fil it up with text in all one color for now.

heres an image of my tent.

Go to your local sign shop and have them vinyl cut it.

There are materials out there made to stick to sails
and can withstand the handling that your pop up gets.

The reason Miller and other large users can get them screened
is just sheer volume.

I'll bet they had 1000 of those made up.

Thermoflex heat press material or comparable product. Cad cut and then iron on.
