I was wondering what brands of shirts do you all use? Are some better then others? Cheap websites you use to order from.

I was thinking about getting the Hanes model 5280 heavyweight 100% cotton shirt. Anyone have experience using these shirts?

Any info about shirts and there experience will help. Thank you :]

Honestly... there are very few differences in t-shirts
You have 50/50 5.6 oz or you have 100% 6.1 oz
There are cheaper versions there are a million brands.

You really need to let the customer pick what they want.
If you are printing for yourself use whatever you want.

I use Gildan 2000 from my cottons
and 29m for my 50/50s

A couple of years ago we discovered a best kept secret in t-shirts. Fruit of the Loom offers a style 3931 high density t-shirts in a lot of colors. Jerzees offers the exact same high density fabric too. It produces near photo quality prints from DTG printers.

Another problem we struggled with was consistency of color from batch to batch. Not a problem with this shirt either. We screen printed over 200,000 style 3931 Fruit of the Loom shirts over the past 18 months. Even their Kiwi color (Lime) remained the accurate throughout a 67,000 shirt order.

We have been so impressed with this high density fabric we thought everyone should know about them.
