Who SPECIALIZES in printing on DARK COLOR SHIRTS?

Post by ROADSIDE »

Hello Everyone.
I have run into a small problem over the last couple days.

I am looking for some advice from someone that specializes in printing on darks.
I have a complex design that needs to be done but I dont have the time or sad to say the ability to make it look like the design.

This guy is a biker (not a Hell's Angel or anything) but he wants this shirt to look like the ones you see at a bike show.

If anyone is interested please let me know. Its not exactly a large run.. only 72 shirts.

Thanks
Tone

Sorry to hear you missed the job chief, I never seen the design so this could be a really stupid question, but could you do process colors for a job that calls for more than the 6 color press your able to run on?

I only have a 6 color press myself and to answer my own question, I’m sure you could in some situations but the design you had probly just wouldn’t allow for that, is my guess

I’m still new to some of the layout aspects of the game

I would have done process but he also wanted some specialty inks (high gloss and puff lime green)
Those would require 2 more arms on my press so... OH WELL

I really didnt want to do it because he only wanted 24 shirts and didnt want to pay for all the setup.
Originally he requested 72 but when he ended up wanting even less.
I try to elimate customers like that. If he would have been will to fork out the cash or order more shirts I would have done it.
