Registration marks are very easy to create (please don't ask me how to make them)...Also, Corel has a prepress tab in the print options...Check the "print registration marks" box and there is a fly down with different versions of reg. marks in it...use them.

If you installed all the default fonts that came with CorelDRAW...there is a font called common bullets...in that set is several types of regi marks. Use the Insert Character docker to scan through them all quickly to find the one you want.
As an additional option:
I take the regi mark from common bullets, and edit the nodes on the four bars extending them out a bit more. Change the color to Registration color. Then I save it as a symbol in CorelDRAWs symbol libarary. Now it is available to use for all of my jobs. I leave the symbol docker up so I can just pull in the regi as needed....
The symbol use in CorelDRAW comes in very handy...I also use it for my tag lines and copyright lines for quick add to a finished design.

Good luck
