Hydro Chromic Ink

I am hoping someone can help me out with both mix and mesh. When I got my order of ink, it came with a small bottle of fixer half full (.01Kg) and the ink (1.1kg). I've been emailing both the seller and the manufacturer, but haven't got a reply. I know this is a waterbase ink but to get full coverage, I'm thinking 156 mesh.
