How do you add emulsion to a screen with a squeegee? Im having trouble, when i let it try it looks like it's all un even. also when exposing the negative to the screen what kinda light source do you use? I have benn using the sun and leaving it out for about 30min and when i go to wash it out the emulsion after about 5 min of washing out the emulsion starts to peel

You apply emulsion with a scoop coater, not a squeegee. For simple art an unfiltered uv flourescent bulb setup will do. For halftones, etc., you need high intensity single point light. Check info that came with emulsion for exposure times, distamces, etc. and the instruction on performing a step wedge test to determine proper exposure time for your situation.
