Silicone Swim Cap Printing

Hi guys,

I am interested to start on a project to print on silicone swim caps and have done some research on it. I guess it's a good idea to ask here if anyone has experience in doing it?

Some questions:
1. For such purpose, it is a must to use silicone ink to print on the caps? Are they more expensive than Plastisol inks?
2. What are other materials needed for silicone ink (solvents/hardener)?
3. Is it possible to reclaim the screen after using silicone inks? Any special solvents needed for such purpose?

I also highly appreciate if any experienced mates to share if there are any "Dos & Don'ts" involved.
Million thanks in advance! :D

To print on silicone swim cap you need silicone ink. The key is to make sure your swim cap is actually made of silicone.
I have printed silicone cap with Boston's ink and it worked great... check it out.

Also, not that some caps have a coating on them and you many need to clean the coating before printing.
