Silkscreen on an inkjet disc question

Hi,

I'm having my very talented friend print on CDs that I'm duplicating for a band. He intends on silkscreen printing. However, the issue is the CD. We need the CD to have a white background, so he can print black ink on the CD, and the entire image will be black and white rather than black on a silver CD background. I have bought media supplies from a website for years, and they have white faced CDs, though they're labeled as "inkjet printable CDs". Would silkscreen printing on this surface be an issue? Below is a link to the CD. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

There are a couple white faced CDs, let me know which would be the best, obviously I'd like to purchase the cheapest one's possible that will work with the silk screen printing.

You should be able to print on those using multi purpose ink but honestly an inkjet printer is a lot easier for this project. Epson makes a good one.
