Screen print size... PLEASE HELP!!

Hello, all. I'm about to start a personal project and hopefully a new business venture for a very select niche. For those of us who are in the trucking industry CB radios are a necessity but not very flashy and basically boring. I'd like to change that, but to complete the project I need to recreate the lettering on the faceplate of the radio. My question is how best to do that? I'm not quite sure how they do it from the factory, my guess is screen printing, which brings me to this forum. Will screen printing allow such small lettering or do I need to find a different way? I'm posting a picture of the radio that I'll be using. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance.
