Maximizing use of expiring emulsion

Forum, how's everyone!? I have a question being relatively new to screen printing but growing rapidly. If I'm ever in a situation where I have emulsion with a shelf life getting close to expiring, what are some things you all have done to utilize the emulsion without wasting? I'm thinking like running specials, maybe printing some random shirts to sell or even donating the printing services to a charity to write off the loss and gain more exsposure for the business in the process... Thoughts?

Running specials, etc is up to you but here are a few suggestions to get the most out of your out of date emulsion. Keep it in the fridge, it will last longer. Once it is done and won't shoot, keep it for use to cover pinholes in screens that have been exposed.
