Ink peeling after Jersey is washed

Postby ShakeMyHead » Sun Aug 19, 2012 4:44 pm

The numbers printed on our football jerseys are peeling off and customers are returning them. We are using Union poly ink and Rutland 50/50 low bleed ink. We flash and send through commercial drier. What could be the problem?

Undercured maybe, when is the last time you ran a temp strip through your dryer to check it was hitting the correct cure?

Two days ago and it was fine. We think we may have accidentally pulled the plastisol instead of the poly.
