Just want to print on paper...

Hi Guys, Newbie here 
Great forum...
I need a relatively cheap (do not mind paying a little extra for ease of use etc) / easy screen printing solution for prints around the A3 size and smaller...
I will only be ever printing on to paper, but notice all of the 'starter kits' seem to be geared up towards the t-shirt side of it?
Can anyone recommend the best starter kit? Or would it be better to purchase the bits individually?
