D Fleming's suggestions are a good place to start. Each of these software have advantages and disadvantage and it really depends on how easily you can acclimate yourself to the use of these tools. Try familiarizing yourself with one first and then when you have mastered it to a certain extent, learn the others as well. It never hurts to be flexible.

So after taking a bunch of peoples feedback and learning to code I built a management tool that works great for us and for a few other shops around us. Check it: printavo.com

Let me know your thoughts

Got a bunch of Printavo updates!

-Printavo has almost 200 owners using it to help manage their shops!
-You can download PDF's of the invoices
-Printavo now costs $24.99 per month since I'm looking to start hiring and growing I need to begin charging. There's a coupon code on the site though ;)
-Many minor features and bugs have been added/fixed

I appreciate all the support and feedback everyone has been giving me. Thanks so much!!
