Speedball Flour.Hot Pink On 100% Cotton Tee?

Post by BriBri »

Hey,
I haven't been screen printing for very long, only recently getting the hang of it. Up till now I've only used white and gold. And haven't had any problems with either.
Today I got Speedball "fluorescent hot pink" to put on a black 100% cotton tee for a friend. Once I put it on, it was really thin, and I had to keep going over and over and it barely would seep into the t-shirt?
Here's a photo to show what I'm talking about-

Help anyone?
Thanks,
Brianna

You have a pink shirt in the photo. If you are printing on black it must be underbased and flashed with white first.
