Air bubbles in my prints?

Post by kayla.henry »

ok, so the shop i work at is a little behind the times. we have no pantone system, we just mix colors by eye with plastic spoons and cross our fingers. i made orange ink today and the first print was fine, but the next five had an awful texture like there were bubbles i guess in the ink, cause when i cleaned the screen the problem still remained. what should i do?

Hmmm. Chances are since you mix the inks that way that possibly a specialty ink got mistakenly added to it like a puffor blister addative?. Are your inks clearly labled? Is this happening after you print or after you cure?
