emulsion help

Post by colbash »

i burn an image onto our screen and whenever we spray the emulsion out o the screen it takes off more then the area that is suppose to come out. i didnt know if we are not putting the emulsion on right, not burning it long enough, spraying the screen too soon after burning the image into it.....this has happened the last 3 times we tried making screens. if someone has any help, tips or suggestions it would be appreciated. thanks

You could be underexposing, try a stouffer strip or do this http://www.positivityltd.co.uk/Tutorial ... ation.html
You might not be degreasing your screens enough,
Your emulsion might have gone off.
Whichever, you are seeing signs of incomplete exposure.
