Assembling Screens

Post by tineyerin »

I'm beginning to play around with making my own screens, I usually print tshirts, does anyone know what type of silk is best for printing on fabric and where can I purchase online? Also which stretching technique is easiest, the cord and groove method or the stapling method?

I appreciate any help. Thanks!

Nazdar source one is where I would go to get information and my supplies. Stretching technique depends on what type of frames you use retensionable or ridged frames. My advice is decide what type of frames you want to use and go from there. As for mesh use a good quailty mesh like Seafar or Murakami or Saati they all make a quality product. Hope this helps. Keep us posted on how it goes.
