Screens???

Im very uneducated formally in screenprinting, ive been doing if for abour 3 yrs self taught. I do a lot of business, and so obviously i need to rethink some of my approaches.
Id like to know a good set of products to use as i want to switch from using the wretched waterbased speedball ink on fabric (i love it for posters and paper printing though). I know that is why im having some of the problems im having. So some good plasticol inks and additives, and solvents related to plasticol printing.
Also screens!, i just purchase a new screen(s) per job. But id like to give screen more life, so if anyone could point me to the right products for metal screens , emulsion and remover (that will remove the damn emulsion) and other solvent used to get stubborn ink or emulsion out of a screen.

I know its a lot of juice but any advice will be appreciated so im not killing myself on every job.

you can get good screens from melray stretched and ready to go. rlx is a good emulsion you can get from nazdar as well as remover and any other chemicals you may need. The people at nazdar know their stuff and can point you in the right direction. How do you intend to cure the plastisol?

Yeah not quite sure yet, obviously a conveyor dryer or flash is ideal but i dont have the funds for those quite yet, but i was thinking probably a heat gun of some sort. Ive been doing the water base heatset with just an iron.

If you are looking to use metal screens, you are going to be spending a lot more money per screen - see prices here: http://www.bwire.com/index.html

Not sure how many people generally go that route seeing as the cost is substantially higher - I would absolutely try out the melray stretched screens as I have had a lot of luck with them and making them last long.

My apologies, I did not realize how old this thread was as I found it through a google search - did not mean to dump up melray like that.
