Good Screen Size to Bleed 18x24 coroplast signs

Post by seang »

New to this...first look for the correct size screen to bleed 18x24.

And how do you bleed...have a catch for extra ink? Sounds messy... or line up as tight as possible and print.
Also, what is the gap size, etc.

Nazdar ink good.... Retarder help big time? Seems like if we stop for a min...screen plugs.
Using Inktec and Color FX inks... Inktec needs thinner...plugs easy. Color FX comes thin and ready to use...but still plugs easy.
Think we need to get Retarder.

Any help in the right direction would be great....very green at this....what to know the correct way. and how others are doing. Thanks

Siwtch to nazdar and get retarder. Tried fx inks once...for a minute. Their coro ink was the consistency of water straight out of can. Thinner than I have ever printed with, ran right through mesh. Never, ever had a problem with a nazdar product in 30 years.
