I had to re instal fast rip. Maybe some settings changed? I always have printed at Frequency 40 and angle 20 and it has been working great. I can use a old film and a new film on the same screen. The old one comes out great and the new one doesnt wash out.

Check that you do not have light leaking into your drying cabinet or whatever you use to dry unexposed screens in. Skin, I find is generally a sign that the screen has been partially exposed prior.

What is your exposure time. It sounds like, as suggested, there might be light leaking into your drying cabinet or the screens are being exposed too long. Hope this helps.
