does it work or no? if it does how long and hot should it be

Pizza that tastes like plastisol, mmmmmmmmm
Don't think I would recommend using the oven. Google used screenprinting equipment and see if you can find a cheap flash or conveyor.

NO!!!!!
The standard household oven will not give you a proper cure, and has a tendency to damage the threads used in making t-shirts. Not to mention that you will NEVER get the smell of plastisol out of the over (and will make everything you cook in it taste bad)

check on ebay, they have flash dryers, or you can use a heat gun, or a heat press
