i am having a problem with my screen emulsion when i go to rince my mesh after exposure....the emuslion just seems to wash rite out not peel just wash out. the design is coming thro fine but after a while the emulsion just run.
anyone have any suggestion....any help would be appreciated

under curing the screen maybe?

He's referring to exposure times.
Under exposure or using a light source with poor
UV output will cause the problem you are having.

Halogen has a very low UV output.
Doesn't matter how much wattage you throw at it.
Commercial units use metal-halide lamps or
unfiltered black light fluorescent tubes.

hey thanx alot just tried exposin it for longer and its working better
but think il invest in a better light source
