printing on sublimated jerseys

Post by hodgezilla »

We have major issues with some numbers we've screen-printed on some sublimated soccer jerseys. The jerseys are 100% polyester with sublimated black and gold stripes, and the white numbers that have been printed on are absorbing the sublimated colours. Needless to say they look like ass. Does anyone have a fix, or should I toss 'em and start anew!?!

Dont screen print them....

Use vinyl (thermal film)
they look better and require no clean up.
.... I can give you my opinion but I can't tell you if it's right or not.

I agree with Roadsie, vinyl cut is the way to go, but if you HAVE to print them I have used Lancer Sport Pro White with a 200 micron stencil, it covers very well on polyester.
