Inkjet film suggestions?

I'm shopping around for some inkjet films for my Epson 4000 Professional Edition.

Currently my film positives are fading after going through the vacuum exposure process. What can I do to alleviate this, other than going to a thermal film system?

I haven't always had this problem and unfortunately I'm not sure why and when this started. If I had to guess - it started when I tried using non-epson inks for cost purposes. Using those non-epson cartridges eventually clogged my heads and I had to get a complete printer cleaning. I'm back to using all Epson cartridges now but my films are fading after exposing.

Any tips would be appreciated.
Thanks!

I would go for Insta Jet inkjet film
The film has a unique coating on one side allowing it to handle large ink loads for dark film positives.
