Union Aerotex White ink

I am an art teacher and am going to do some screen printing with my classes and as fundraisers for our school. I have a manual one color press and need some help with my ink. I bought Union Aerotex Ink in a few colors and have started some practice runs.

My trouble is that the white dries in the screen quickly and I can only get one print on a shirt before it starts to clog up. I have used the reducer at 15% but had the same problem.
The black prints fine and the open time allows me to make many prints. It's just the white, which is thicker than the black so I wondered if that was the problem or if the ink has been sitting on the shelf too long?

I used an 8XX multifilament mesh and used ulano tz photo emulsion.

Any Ideas what might be happening, or if I should use a different ink system?

Thanks,
cank
