Hy-Rez QuikRIP help

I had Quick RIp, for many years, old Computer crashed, Instaling hy-Rez on new computer, have Disk, instruction book, Programs key, My Problem is that it can not find the Photscript file, did anyone have this problem before, or can you help, I called suppler who sold me the product, The TECH personal noes not work there anymore

If your RIP is very old you should just buy a new one. Old RIPs often don't work with new operating systems.

How old are we talking?
Have you changed operating system?
Is it the PPD file that you are missing?
