exposing Problem

so the last three screens i've exposed i turn my three lights on. first time i leave them on for 7 mins. then i start rinseing my screen and see my image in it. yet before i get it just the image out some emulsion comes out too. next time i do it 15 mins then 23mins both times same thing again and again. now im asking my self am i overexposing or under????

plz help im very new at this

You're still underexposing.
What light source?
What emulsion?
How old is it?
Is the screen and emulsion thoroughly dry BEFORE exposing?
Is the area you are coating, drying and storing high in humidity?
