Emulsion is gummy and cannot be removed

Post by apleasureprintingllc »

Hi,
I have just started screen printing and the biggest issue I have is in reclaiming screens. I use envirosafe emulsion remover. Some of my screens will not come completely clean and leave a gummy emulsion. After I rinse the screen the first time I can no longer get anymore off the screen. Any help or tips would be great.
Thanks,
Patrick

I found another post on here and it said to use acetone. Well it worked great.
